I’m Ru.
Wow! I am so happy that you are here. This has been a long time in the making, working on this site. I hope that it inspires you, teaches you, or at least you find it colorful. It is a small piece of my world.
I absolutely love color, in case you haven’t noticed. I also love beautiful, yet unique art. I am sort of a Jill of all Trades. I have a Master’s in Business, and an undergraduate degree in Technology. I love analytics and being a Black woman in Tech. However, I equally love creating art, such as photography, crocheting, painting, and the like.
This site is sort of where my two worlds will collide. I hope that through my eclectic experiences and perspectives, along with those who add content here, you will find that you can be multifaceted and do more than one thing. You do not have to box yourself in, nor should anyone else. It is okay to enjoy the latest in fashion trends, while wanting to better yourself mentally and physically.
Life is meant to be lived. To me that means looking good, finding the joy where ever possible and spreading it too.

I also want to help black women and women of color to know that they can feel good and look good no matter their size. Life is a conglomerate of events, so why be confined to just one thing?
